📋 Rules & Requirements

Please read all rules carefully before registering. All participants must comply with these requirements for safety.

🚗 Vehicle Requirements

All vehicles must pass a safety inspection upon arrival. Vehicles that do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to participate.

Fire Extinguisher

A functional fire extinguisher must be securely mounted and readily accessible inside the vehicle.

Battery Secured

The vehicle battery must be properly tied down and securely mounted to prevent movement during operation.

No Loose Body Panels

All body panels, bumpers, and exterior components must be securely fastened with no loose or hanging parts.

Tow Hooks Required

Front and/or rear tow hooks or recovery points are mandatory for vehicle recovery operations.

No Fluid Leaks

No active leaks of any fluids including oil, coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, or fuel.

Seat Belts & Seats

All seat belts must be fully functional. Stock and aftermarket seats/harnesses permitted if properly mounted.

Helmets Required for ALL Occupants

All occupants of the vehicle, including the driver and any passengers, must wear approved safety helmets at all times while the vehicle is on the ice surface or within the designated event area.

🎒 Bring Your Own Helmet: Helmets are NOT provided. You must bring approved helmets for yourself and all passengers.

⚠️ Failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event without refund. This requirement is non-negotiable.

Tire Requirements for Ice Driving

Proper tires are essential for safe ice driving. Requirements vary by drivetrain:

🚗 RWD (Rear-Wheel Drive): Studded winter tires are REQUIRED on all RWD vehicles.

🚙 AWD (All-Wheel Drive): Regular winter tires are permitted, but studded tires are recommended.

⚠️ Vehicles that do not meet tire requirements will not be permitted on the ice.

🌿 Environmental Responsibility

Participants are fully responsible for any and all fluids that may leak, spill, or be discharged from their vehicle during the event.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • • Engine oil
  • • Transmission fluid
  • • Coolant / Antifreeze
  • • Brake fluid
  • • Power steering fluid
  • • Gasoline / Diesel

You must immediately notify organizers of any discharge and bear all costs associated with cleanup, remediation, environmental damage, and regulatory fines.

👂 Follow Instructions

All participants must follow safety rules and instructions provided by organizers. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

🚫 No Reckless Driving

Reckless or dangerous driving that puts others at risk will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the event.

🍺 No Alcohol or Drugs

Absolutely no alcohol or drugs before or during participation. Zero tolerance policy is strictly enforced.

Arrive on Time

Gather at 8:30 AM for safety briefing and vehicle inspection. Late arrivals may miss track time.

📝 Waiver & Release of Liability

All participants must read and sign the Waiver and Release of Liability during registration. By registering, you acknowledge the inherent risks of ice driving and agree to all terms and conditions.
